PesaLens gives an automated reading of the M-PESA statements you upload. Categories are worked out from transaction descriptions and may sometimes be wrong; you can correct them. It is information, not financial advice.

Only upload statements that are yours, or that you are allowed to analyse. One report covers one M-PESA line, with up to 6 statements.

The income summary describes what the statement shows. It is not a credit score, and PesaLens does not confirm statements with Safaricom.

Refunds

If your report didn’t open after a successful payment, or your statement couldn’t be read properly, you get your money back. Reply to your Paystack receipt with the M-PESA confirmation code, within 14 days. Refunds go back to the M-PESA number or card that paid, usually within 5 working days.
